Telkoms Customer Server is the worst

Telkom has now pushed me until my braking point i went to there shop 4 times and I told them to see why my account is not on a debt order and not getting deducted since last year February I pay into a account when i see a invoice form them and i noticed that the account was not payed now what they have done is went to a company called nudebt and added my account number there in order to get there money but the 23 march a amount of R1,278.93 tried to go off but bounced and then when i got money Telkom took off R1,278.93 but nudebt also want a payment of that same amount R1,278.93. They gave me telkom's number but no answer. I am so discussed in telkom i will never buy anything there ever again the worst server i have ever had.
