Telkom's customer care

Telkom's service is utterly poor, made several phone calls to the service and technical departments and not a single person is competent enough to assist. Both departments keep referring me to the other. Took out a new contract and 5 days later it is still not working, I would strongly advise that no one goes to Telkom.
