Telkom's ***** Agents

I bought a sim card from a lady called Zimkhitha at Golden Walk shopping centre in Germiston. The sim card was supposed to come with R5 airtime. When i put the sim card in my phone to activate it, there was no airtime, I sent her a message on her mobile phone, she read it but did not reply, later om she blocked me. I tried calling her using my landline, she never answered.

It might just be R5 but how much of that does she make a day at the expense of telkom? Eskom should employ trusted people not ******, it should actually do back ground checks before hiring people to represent them
