TELKOMS ****PY SERVICE

I have been receiving ****py service from Telkom, my phone line and internet has not been working for 3-4 weeks now and every time i call to follow up they give me the same response that the technician will contact me and be coming out to check my line. NO ONE HAS CONTACT ME OR CAME OUTTO CHECK THE LINE.
