Telkoms contract service

Got a new contract the service received was disgusting I have been waiting all month for them to just activate the SIM and when they did it didn't work in either of my 2 cellphones. To be in store waiting for assistance because they do not have enough staff. The amount of calls I have made for this to be resolved and the amount of time wasted is disgusting . One very unhappy customer
