Telkom"s charges for unsolicited "subscribers "

I am totally frustrated with Telkom being unable or unwilling to prevent unsolicited so called subscriptions, and telling me steps to stop them that do NOT work. Having to phone their no. 10210 every mo th and trying to get the ******* (?) Charges us totally unprofessional. Therefore the 1 star rating.
