Telkoms **** Cancellation Department!

Hi,

We are appalled by Telkom's cancellation department. I have cancelled my Land line and ADSL almost 2-3 years ago. The ADSL portion of the deal was cancelled within the month but for some reason, the land line account was not.

As a result, the account incurred costs as the months went on. I have queried the cancellation countless amounts of time.

Just when i thought it was sorted, I just received an sms for payment.

Pathetic, considering the thread of submission to the credit bureau.
