Telkoms bull****

Hi guys i have telkom adsl at home and for the past month now it has not been working evrytime i call thier call centre the agents are beyond rude and have no idea of what they are doing either, yet telkom keeps sending reminders to pay the bill but can not support in anyway and how will they compinsate me for the whole month the adsl is down i am fed up with telkom and i am leaving telkom i do not need thier **** its always a problem, if u go to the telkom store its worse namely the phoenix plaza branch in durban those bunch of idiots are the most arrogant and useless things iv ever met
