Telkoms broken promises

I reported a dead line on Thursday, ever since reporting the matter and everyday since I've followed up with telkom they've told me that my line would definitely be fixed the next day. However nothing seems to be happening. They keep telling me a technician has been assigned but they don't know when I'll be assisted all I get is broken promises. All I want is my line fixed, am I really asking too much from you telkom??
