Telkoms Black Friday *******

Telkom took and order online for a Playstation 5 and Adsl for Black Friday,my line was installed and to date no playstation. Every time I call I have different versions of what's wrong, they keep emailing the order processor but no one is getting back to me. This is ***** i bought a deal and no one has delivered.

Even the manager/team leaders always busy cant come onto the phone, we cant speak to any one of authority, i put my foot down and asked for one the lady cut my call.
