Telkom's Best Customer Service

On this day 19 August 2022 I was at Telkom store from Jabulani Mall to do a sim swap and to blacklist a mobile device. The service I received from the lady in the store was so good. She performed a sim swap and further gave me a Telkom mobile to contact telkom customer care.

On the customer call service phone call I was assisted by another lady called Edith. She helped me with phone blacklisting. Her tone and patience was exceptional. Because I remember due to poor call connection she was struggling to hear me, but she kept her calm and her tone was ever polite- she made sure that we get to hear each other well without any rush in her tone or lack of patience. I am grateful for how she handled everything.

To the Telkom Company, thanks to your amazing stuff. They really do understand their job spec and how to communicate with their customers.
