TELKOMS BADDEST AND MEANEST AGENT

Whilst this review doesn't reflect on all the agents, Telkom really have to do something as the behavior of some, will without a doubt cost them business. After the way their Agent Ramphela from Sales migration spoke to me yesterday late afternoon I decided to seek outside VOIP ISP's. This after I made him aware that I have been calling them the who day from morning and some of my calls we're even dropped so I did not look forward to another. Meaning he had the opportunity of turning things around but he chose to be the worst, a dictator, tyrant, arrogant and pompous. He snubbed me when I tried to relate my reason for the call by relating the whole scenario. He wildly cut me off, ordered me to stick to solutions as he ddnt have the time, I can relate as he was looking forward to knocking off in an hour but he ddnt have to be bossy and rude. He went on to tell me he didn't have to know what the outstanding amount against my name was about but to tell me and not help me. Lastly when I asked him to refer me to his Supervisor he agreed, placed me on hold then came back and told me he was transferring me (expecting his supervisor) I found myself in billing and they were surprised as they could not see what he was talking about, which is what I wanted to relate to him before he rudely cut me off! Ramphela does not have the empathy nor patience to work in that environment, he is clearly not costing Telkom business with his attitude and I demand he be dealt with harshly. I have the recording myself if they decide to doctor it!!
