Telkom's bad service - paying them for nothing

We have a ADSL line and two phone lines with Telkom, but for the second time this year the copper cable has been ******. We had to get a new service provider because none of our clients can contact us and Telkom took months to do anything. We want to port our old numbers to the new number and service provider but Telkom doesn't allow us to do this! This should only take two days max, but we have been waiting and waiting.. We want to cancel our contract with Telkom but can only do this once we have ported the lines but Telkom is not allowing us to do this! Tried to phone them and have been waiting for more than an hour with no one answering. Worst service ever!
