Telkom's bad service

Terrible service I get all the time since I claimed in September 2020 my phone has been booked with them since. There's no feedback when I go to the store (Telkom Eastgate) no one knows when my phone is gonna come back i just don't get all the excuses they keep telling whereas I'm the one who does the follow up. Since September I'm paying for a phone that I'm not using im really disgusted by this kind of service!!!
