Telkom’s bad service

I am so disappointed I will not recommend anyone to use or take a Telkom contract.Their service is very poor I had a contract with them and iv finished paying it off, they offered me a data contract for 100 but debited amount that I did not agree on and that let me to cancel the contract but still they continue debiting when I call to follow up nothing it’s been done all I’m getting is they don’t know I am so ****ed and annoyed iv never experience anything like this.
