Telkom's bad service

telkom is not answering calls you stay on the line until your airtime is exhausted their call center agency are unprofessional. They haven't fixed my query and yet they busy debiting my account for service not rendered. Can telkom stop debiting my account because I have requested cancelation since 2020, because of their poor signal in my area and to date it is not fixed but they are debiting my account. I have not used their services because of bad signal so why are they debiting my account. Their signal is in vanderbijlpark, they must improve their towers in order to fix these problems
