Telkom's bad service.

I'm disappointed in Telkom. I don't know whether they want to ***** their customers or are taking their chances. I made a payment for December as usual, and suddenly hear that I owe them over R 300. I asked what's the amount for because I'm on track with my payment, they said that they tried to debit money but couldn't find money. I did not even get that notification from my banking app and smses. I really think that they are taking their chances. My ID number is ***, cell phone number is ***. I can prove that Telkom did not attempt to take money through my banking statement. I am not enjoying this contract. 👎🏽
