TELKOM'S BAD SERVICE

Someone **********ly opened a Telkom account on my name. I have brought this to Telkom's attention and have not been assisted to date. Over the phone I cannot be assisted, I am supposed to drive 60km to go to the store and they are failing to issue a letter and remove the debt on my ITC. Telkom is bad, I need this removed urgently as it is preventing me from serious things and creating a bad name for me.
