Telkoms Bad service

Telkom has the worst customer service ever. I have been trying to upgrade for a while now. I call them and the call ends. I get through and get send from department to department and then back to where I was in the first place. I have called a few times and was promised a call by 2 people. They haven't even tried to call me and it's been more than a week. It's seems like once they have you as a customer they don't really care about the service they give you. Don't even try and go to the branches either unless you have a few hours.
