Telkom's bad service

I app**** for the Hauwei P30 lite which cost R299 and had the Easter bunny promotion last week Saturday online. Their agent only got back to me on Wednesday and did the pre-vetting which she satisfied with. She went on to take my details and told me they would debit my account and everything. On Thursday (yesterday) I then received a message informing me that my application has been declined. I have closed all the accounts that I had and the only thing I owe is my car and save the rest of the money I have on a monthly basis. I do not understand how this is the case as I have never been blacklisted. I have been with Telkom for 5 years now and this is how they repay me. Mxm, I'm leaving this flipping network.
