Telkom’s bad service

The service from Telkom is absolutely pathetic since they phoned me to migrate my service to a better service it has just gone from very slow service to no service at all witch is most of the time. You phone the call center hundreds of times with no joy you call on the only office in a hundred kilometer radius just to be told they are off line and only deal with accounts no service technician available
