Telkom’s bad service

Ive been a loyal customer to Telkom to a point where i trusted them with taking a contract with them which was an IPhone13, i used it for less then 24hrs after taking it stopped working, basically ot just suddenly went blank and when i took it back the phone was taken for “repairs” and after 2 full months of my paying for a phone that i don’t use they brought it back and the phone was not fixed and there was no explanation on whats wrong with it. Since that day i stopped paying and left the phone at the Telkom shop and now I'm being harassed by them for not paying for something i don’t even have in my possession. Shame Telkom did me dirty💔
