Telkom's bad servers

I am so so very disappointed with Telkom, i never had any problems with them but now i do have only problems with them. If you call the servers provider, and you want to cancel your contact with them it takes forever, and then you find out that they haven't cancelled your contact, and when you phone them they dont answer there phones. You are on the line to get hold of them for 2 hours and then the server is off. This is pathetic..
