Telkoms bad network and data coverage

Reported several times that my connection in y area is very poor. Tests have been done but they say its my hardware which is *******. The network roams from Telkom to no signal MTN, Cannot get full signal on handset, never goes to3G at all unless im out of the area. <br> If i try to change settings to Telkom it goes to no service. Further i am forced to buy an all network data that costs me more . i think this is utter nonsense. how does ICASA allow these providers to operate that the service is prejudicial to customers?
