TELKOMS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been in contact with telkom for the past two months .. first at my old place my WiFi wasn’t working .. and kept dropping so we moved to a new place and they told me my line is not compatible with this area and they would cancel that existing line and open up a new line with vumatel so it’s been 2 weeks since they told me that and vumatel has been in contact with me but only to tell me that they cannot do anything as telkom hasn’t even processed my new order and I have phoned them multiple times spoke to multiple call agents has sent me on a different mission to do something and send me to different numbers when I am the customer and they have promised me that Mrs Khumalo was gonna phone me , M Naidoo was gonna phone me , V pillay was gonna phone me .. I am tired of fighting with telkom for a service I have paid them for this is ridiculous.. I have spent over 800 Rand on airtime .. as I don’t even have a landline set up at the new place ..and one of your guys call agents still have the nerve to tell me that they have other customers that they have to deal with
