Telkoms appalling services 😡😡😡!!

The most useless network ever, my complaints are kept being marked as resolved even though nothing has been done, I requested them to issue me with deadlock letter as I need to take this further they just kept on ignoring me, I would rate the minus 0,staff are ***********, network is useless, would not even recommend Telkom even to my enemy 😡😡😡😡😡
