Telkom's after service is terrible!!!!

Service is great when you take out the contract and pay. But when you request something from them, there after service is pathetic. I requested Telkom 10 times to change me debit order from 31 or the month to the 25th, I went into 3 stores and called numerous time to change the date, but it still goes off the very end of the month. I WANT MY DEBIT TO GO OFF THE 25TH of each month is that so hard to do!!!!!!!!!
