Telkom's Admin+ Insurance sucks

Good day,

So I logged a claim for my ****** phone (iPhone 11, 64GB, Black) which I insured with Telkom Admin+ service. I have all the documents that they need to log a claim which I struggled to do so on their website because it keeps on crashing when I submit.

I finally managed to get hold of them over the phone and they advised that I email them all the information and/or documents. Approximately 2 days later, they returned with a claim number which I can use to make any queries.

My concern now is that when I send them an email to check the status of my claim then no one gets back to me and it's been about 2 weeks now!
