Telkom's absurdity

Frustrated is an understatement. I canceled my bundles in January after my contract ended come April i am still being debited for the bundles i am not even getting creditted, i go to a telkom store I am told the canceliation nver went through but weird enough they knew not to credit me those very same bundles. After canceling for the 2nd they still debitted my account month end, and now somehow i am in arrears with Telkom and that very same account still accumales a fine on a monthly basis. A fine of R204 for a R60 simcard, how absurd is that. Honestly this is a nightmare, i regret ever taking a contract with Telkom as this is now even affecting my credit score
