Telkoms absolutely poor service

Telkom advertises products they have no or very little stock of and the ordering time is more than 2 weeks, their staff has very poor customer service experience and they are not willing to assist or go the extra mile for their customers. But are ever so ready to charge a high cancelation fee and or double debit your bank account
