Telkom's 4mbps to 10mbps upgrade a complete HOAX.

Telkom sent a sms to existing 4mbps Fibre Speed clients in February 2019 indicating that all 4mbps clients will be upgraded to 10mbps by March for a R40 increase on subscription. After about 3 weeks of trying to get a straight answer out of Telkom as to why my line has not been updated, Aneeqah Biggar's office (sales as far as I know) confirmed with me today (26/06/2019) that the sms was indeed false and misleading as Telkom cannot give me ANY indication as to when the update will take place. The sms was blatent FALSE ADVERTISING.
