Telkoms ****

Telkom have been ruining my ITC score since 2017 and till date have not had any success,in April of this year 2019 telkom handed me over to a debt collector, after speaking with the debt collector directly they through the case out and said telkom needs to close this account without receiving any payments from me. I than proceeded to call telkom and spent about 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, at the end of the call I spoke to a so called manager who advised me they found the issue and will credit the account so that it can be closed.I was told I would receive an email, this was in May and it is September now with no email of any sort, I bring this up now cause upon trying to finance my vehicle I am told I am a bad payer and they cannot finance me.telkom proves time after time why they are the worst service provider in South Africa
