Telkom....poor poor poor service..

So...we went to the Telkom shop...got a LTE uncapped deal..10mbps paying about R800-R900 per month...was guaranteed 10mbps...running 3-4 mbps daily...even lower somedays...Telkom sent out a technician that spent the whole day at my house...couldn't fix the problem...2weeks later...not even a sms...or follow up from them ...this is some of the poorest customers service I have ever experienced..Telkom! I will be canceling my contract soon as you guys can not deliver on the promised service or mpbs I am paying and thus you are breaking the contract. WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!
