TelkomPlus - extra charges - I did not sign up for.

I have been a loyal Telkom Mobile subscriber for many years. I recently upgraded to their 1Tb per month special for R999 and recently got a bill for an additional R92 for something I never subscribed to.

I figured it out it was some additional service called AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY) which is under TelkomPlus.

I want my money back - simple as that as I did not agree to this. It seems Telkom are pushing this without clients' consent. I figured out how to cancel it on their website.

Terrible.
