Telkom/OpenServe sabotaging healthy landline

My Telkom adsl landline was fully functional last night. This morning - dead. I drove around my block and saw an Openserve vehicle driving away from the box from where my line comes to my residence. This is the second time this happened. Openserve's people were working on lines in my complex the 1st time and when they drove away the line was dead. They were phoned, came back and fixed it. Fault logged with Telkom and still no response.

What is going on Telkom? How can they allow Openserve idiots to keep sabotaging normal users like this? I do business from home - now what must I do?
