Telkom/Openserve pathetic download speeds 0,38MBS

ADSL line download is 0.38mb/s pathetic it is the worst service from any Telco in the world let alone SA, I have had them here but no luck, Telkom is useless I advise and plea with all South Africans to boycott them, I cant say much about the cellular networks either but at least there a better latency with them, I know have a ADSL account with Telkom/Openserve and a Vodacom and MTN data router LTE but like I said earlier it not that great either
