Telkom\OpenServe : No Help since 4th of december

Logged a call for my internet as the line is not ok. Ping tests show i have latency of 2000ms to servers. Logged a call with Telkom and the problem is still not resolved, also nothing has been done. I Think since OpenServe Took over, things have taken a turn for an even Worse part than Old Telkom.
