Telkom/Openserve Brilliant turnaround time

I take my hat off to Telkom/Openserve FTTH. Excellent experience, brilliant turnaround time & friendly customer support. I initially requested for a call back for more info - they called me the very next day offering a free 1 month trial it was up and running a day later (sunday). When the trial was nearing its end I decided to sign up with them as they were offering no FUP & promptly the very next day they connected me to the package I was interested in. Had an issue as the ONT was not broadcasting 5GHZ band it was sorted out the very same day after initially offering to replace the ONT box.
