Telkom/OpenServe

Over 5 weeks and still no installation of fiber. I was told it would take about 14 days maximum. I can't get any status from Telkom because their system is "down"( now for 5 days!). Open Serve will not assist in problem resolution because order is through Telkom. Currently investigating other options.!!! Totally unacceptable as no one can even communicate with me regarding status or obstacles. Technician ( I have his number) does not answer calls or messages.
