Telkom/Openfibrenetworks

I have a 4mb ADSL line and currently want to upgrade to telkoms 10mb fibre line which is not possible as the current main line is not owned by Telkom/Vumatel/Openserve. Very poor service. I currently do not have any problems with there ADSL line. The current line is owned by openfibrenetworks and they are worst than Telkom... The worst part is that in the future I will need to upgrade my line due speed issues.
