Telkom/OMART insurance Won't canc my device Insurance

I've been trying to cancel insurance for my device that I took over 2 years ago, looks like Telkom is enjoying debating my account for nothing. I've never claimed from the insurance even though I lost the device and I'm now canceling as the device contract expired last year but they keep on sending me from pillar to post, asking for information that is already provided to them and each time a different consultant responds, don't understand whether they are really desperate to keep customers or what
