Telkom\Omart Insurance the worst

Avoid taking devices with Telkom if their insurance is Simply Omart. Rather go to another service provider and still check which device insurer are they using. For this reason I will not be renewing my over years long contract with Telkom First off, my device could only be booked after 2 weeks as they, Omart insure, had to approve it first. On August the 13th it was booked in at the repair center. On August the 14th they called and said I must give my pin code so they can access the phone. Uneasy as I was I gave the code even alerted them that my banking apps are not protected, and they have been quiet since. I have sent communication numerous times seeking updates and I have not received way forward with the progress of the claim. September the 13th I got to speak to a consultant and he advised that my phone is awaiting to be given a charge so I can pay. Telkom and Omart I want that phone.
