Telkom=no warranty

Have to pay R1506 for a faulty phone that I got 4 months ago. Message that I got is that phone is not under warrantee. Now I still have to pay for a device that does not work for another 20 months! Speaker is faulty, no physical damage from my side. Telkom is a *******
