Telkom,no customer service! We must deal with a pre-recorded machine !!! machine

TELKOM is by far the worst network provider when it comes to customer service! Why is such a hassle to get hold of them,I urgently need to cancel an unwanted recurring bundle which I am unable to do on the self service portal.So I try and try and TRY to contact their call centre who then automatically redirects me to use a whatsapp number which us of no use. I cannot solve my problem with a robot!! Why am I not able to get through to their contact centre and why should one always come to Hello Peter in order for Telkom to render a service.
