Telkom....never disappoints when you expect bad service

Wow.....that's all I can say. Spoke to manager "Candy Gumbi" to try and get my data back on as the internet line had yet to be disconnected (still had sync) her response was....you need to speak to sales (closed) tomorrow.......I explained the data just needs to be uncanceled as the line is not yes unhooked from the dslam at the exchange......she said technical support can't do this. I was alarmed that this was a MANAGER I was speaking to......I wouldn't be so bent outa shape if I hadn't paid till the 9/07/2019.....when that was put forward to this MANAGER she said....call billing....guess what....closed....anyway I'll spend my only days off without internet.
