(drumroll) Telkom of course aka Hellkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Short version...</p> <p> </p> <p>3 months to move a line, R800 + in cellphone costs to try and resolve / query on the standard channels.</p> <p> </p> <p>Adsl costs not recovered / refunded after various disputes.</p> <p> </p> <p>line costs credited to account, however, account cancelled by Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom om refuses to pay my credit amount... </p> <p> </p> <p>I have not not met this level of incompetence in any of the other African country l worked in during the past 10 years.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
