Telkom is absolutely useless. The biggest *****s and *******,with useless consultants who don't know their products and sell services under false pretences. We bought an LTE Smartbroad band bundle that we were told will work in our area. We don't have LTE in our area,then they tell us it will fall over to 3G. We don't even get 3G,it keeps going to mtn. We get told we will be contacted by a technician withing 72hrs but in 4 weeks I haven't had any contact.They have our money now they don't deliver. That's theft and *****.
