Telkom/Mondo/Nu debt management

Im sharing because I am ****sed off Between Telkom/Mondo/Nu debt management someone needs to take full accountabily for this HUGE ERROR. My account is up to date with payment but a judgment has been issued against my name. I have been up and down at the woodmead telkom.store everytime they check my account is up to date. I don't know how many times I called telkom asking for the matter to be resolved, everytime I call I'm told the matter has been escalated... This has affected my reputation and credit record someone needs to sort this out!!!!
