Telkom/Mondo Theft

December 2016 I was offered a Telkom contract from Mondo that comprised of up-capped data, 2 sim cards and with that came a free cellphone. Everything was delivered and there was no data, then I was informed that they would provide data but not uncapped as I was originally told. They said they would investigate and get back to me which to date they have not done I cancelled the contract within the the allotted time and returned the cell phone sealed in its packaging but they continued to debit my account R172 every month up until now. I have called them numerous time but nobody has cancelled the debit order and arrange the refund of the admin fee plus monthly payments now totaling R2175
