Telkommobile incompetence,and lack of respect for me as a customer.

Have asked Telkommobile for the last 6 months for a Tax invoice f(Proof of purchase)for my 24 months contract with them. I need that invoice to claim my free Huawei GT watch from Huawei SA. I cannot begin to write down my frustration with this useless company. Their facebook page works 100%,just a pity that the relevant department at Telkom does nothing when instructions are emailed to them by the facebook staff. Maggie on their Facebook page,has done everything possible to assist me in getting the Tax invoice(proof of purchase) for my 24months contract. Please refrain from doing business with this service provider,I only had and still have extremely bad service regarding my interactions with them. 7months down the line and still no Tax invoice,they do send me a bill for R1700 on time every month,but the Tax invoice is beyond their capabilty. They do not even have the decency to answer on this platform,this is what they think of their customers. Have not even recieve a email from them to apologize for inconvenience caused to me. Have been a customer for many years(yes I never learn) not anymore,when my contracts(many of them) end,I will never see them again.
